My Story
I’ve always been driven by an engineering mindset—a passion for solving problems, uncovering the essence of complex challenges, and crafting simple, effective solutions. My journey began with a degree in Industrial Technology, where I honed my skills in analyzing systems and optimizing processes. This foundation shaped my approach to every role I’ve taken on throughout my career.
I started in the mortgage industry applying technology to operational processes, quickly gaining a reputation for bringing clarity to ambiguity and streamlining workflows. Over time, I progressed to executive leadership roles, including overseeing secondary marketing and strategic planning for an independent lender. This hands-on experience gave me an in-depth understanding of the mortgage lifecycle, from point of sale through back-office operations.
In the years since, I’ve shifted my focus to consulting, where I’ve had the privilege of working with credit unions, community banks, independent mortgage banks, and industry vendors. Today, I combine my deep industry knowledge, technical mindset, operational expertise, and strategic vision to help clients tackle their biggest challenges, whether through operational assessments, fractional leadership, or coaching teams on how to achieve impactful improvements.
My engineering mindset remains at the core of everything I do: filtering out noise, focusing on what truly matters, and guiding others to success with clarity and precision. It’s this mindset that continues to fuel my passion for helping organizations grow and thrive in an ever-changing industry.
