My Story
Most executives and leaders can analyze well. Most consultants can generate volumes of content. But, few can take ambiguity and complexity and turn it into clarity with professionalism that executives trust. I can do that for you.

I’ve always been driven by an engineering mindset — an affinity for solving problems, getting to the essence of complex challenges, and crafting the simplest possible solutions. My career began with a degree in Industrial Technology, where I honed skills in analyzing systems and optimizing processes. From there, I landed in the mortgage industry, working as an executive for an independent mortgage lender, then, in 2011, I transitioned to consulting where I provided services to over 100 mortgage lending institutions and industry vendors.

A core strength of mine is the ability to explain complicated ideas in ways that professionals can immediately understand and use. My most public example of this is the industry book I wrote, which has become widely regarded as a “must-read” for mortgage professionals seeking to learn about secondary marketing. The book is an example of something I confirmed in my consulting work: when complex topics are structured well, written clearly, and presented with the reader’s questions in mind, they become far more compelling to a broad audience. The ability to anticipate confusion, structure ideas logically, and communicate them in plain but authoritative language is central to the value I provide. After 15 years of providing broader consulting services, strategic writing is now what I now focus on exclusively.
